The domestic premiere of the weekend was the documentary film Rajalla, directed by Elina Hyvärinen and produced by Koko Production. The feature documentary follows the lives of people in the municipality of Parikkala, located near the Russian border. The film attracted 1,479 viewers and was the 13th most-watched film of the weekend in Finland. In Helsinki, the film was the 7th most-watched movie at Kinopalatsi. It performed particularly well in South Karelia, where it has drawn more viewers than in the rest of Finland combined. The film was, for example, the most-watched in Savonlinna and Imatra over the weekend. In Parikkala, Rajalla has already been viewed in theaters more than all other films this year.

The film continues to play in theaters. In addition, there will be special screenings and director visits in many cities and towns.
